We work with partners across the Fort Wayne region to make our communities stronger, help our neighbors stay healthier, and better prepare our workforce for the future. We believe that both IU Fort Wayne and the Fort Wayne community benefit when we work together.
Committed to Fort Wayne
Engaging in K-12 education
IU Fort Wayne offers programs geared toward helping local youth prepare for college and their future careers. These programs give local students the chance to spend time in a college setting, learn about different health careers, and meet current faculty, staff, and students.
Building healthier futures through meaningful conversations
The IU Fort Wayne Voices for Health Speaker Series brings healthcare professionals, community leaders, researchers, and advocates together to explore the health issues that matter most to Northeast Indiana. Each event focuses on a timely topic impacting the Fort Wayne community, providing expert insights, meaningful discussion, and opportunities to learn from those working to improve health outcomes.
Hosted by IU Fort Wayne, the speaker series is free and open to the public, welcoming students, healthcare professionals, and community members alike.
